Filipino Martial Art of Kali

Encompassing an entire spectrum of weaponry covered over 12 different categories and also featuring a sophisticated empty hand system, this highly efficient, deadly and combat-proven art has enabled the southern Philippines to remain unconquered for almost 400 years. The Kali taught at PMA of CT is a blend of Inosanto Kali, Giron Escrima and Villabraille Kali, otherwise known as the MI Kali program.

Serrada Escrima

This Filipino art was introduced in Stockton California in 1966 by Grandmaster Angel Cabales. An "Espady y Daga" (sword and knife) based system, the art emphasis is placed on footwork, speed, reaction, superior position, precision and critical thinking to beat the opponent.

Wing Chun is a logical, effective and practical system which emphasizes and utilizes the efficiency of body mechanics.  It eliminates the reliance of body size and strength.  Wing Chun is often classified as a “soft style” because it requires minimal effort and physical force to defeat bigger and stronger opponents. Therefore, it is suitable for everyone regardless of gender and physique.
